Scope of Services The City of La Verne is seeking a qualified firm to assist City staff to conduct necessary research and analysis to prepare a written LHMP as prescribed by FEMA’s Local Mitigation Plan Review Guide, the State Local Hazard Mitigation Planning Program, and identified in the scope of work below. Upon completion and adoption of the LHMP locally, the Consultant will assist staff with submitting the plan for approval by the California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). All tasks must meet compliance with 44 CFR Part 201 and the most current FEMA hazard mitigation plan guidance.

Scope of Services The City of La Verne (City) is seeking an experienced consulting firm (Consultant) to coordinate and prepare a comprehensive 20-year Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The purpose of this Plan is to focus on immediate, short-term, and long-term capital development and improvement strategies that correspond to priority investments for critical parks and recreation services. The goal of the Plan is to provide a road map to accomplish the following: Identify current and future parks and recreational needs through a capital improvement plan for developing and expanding parks, trails, and open space. Provide an operations and maintenance plan that defines appropriate maintenance levels, replacement schedules, and staffing levels. Provide an operations plan that defines appropriate recreational programs and staffing levels.

Scope of Services The City of La Verne (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors with the experience, expertise and qualifications to provide city-wide network connectivity for a video management system (VMS) and an access control system for city facilities. The scope of work will include the provision of all equipment and professional services necessary to successfully complete the replacement of the City’s current VMS and access control system, including as-needed camera replacement, infrastructure addition/replacement, and as-required related professional services such as implementation, installation, training, maintenance, and support of all cameras, connectivity, VMS components and access control components. The City has historically had a decentralized approach to purchasing VMS and access control. As a result, the City’s current and disparate VMS and access control solutions vary greatly in age and type, and there is no centralized or standard city-wide solution.

Scope of ServicesThe City of La Verne is seeking proposals from experienced parties qualified to provide heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), Maintenance and Repair Services for the City’s facilities as well as for declared emergencies for the City of Verne. The city is seeking a qualified company with experience performing HVAC maintenance and repair operations in large commercial buildings. The work will include the provision of a maintenance and management program including, but not limited to the inspection, periodic preventative maintenance, repairs, service calls, and other task services necessary to insure safe, well maintained HVAC systems providing quality air for the City employees and the public. Quarterly services will be conducted at all administration, maintenance, and public areas listed. The service includes, but is not limited to the maintenance, delivery/pickup, supplies, and any labor associated with these services. It is intended for the awarded Contractor to enter into a multi-year fixed monthly rate contract term with a maximum term (and any subsequent amendments or modifications) not exceeding five (5) years
