Scope of Work Description: This scope of work establishes the minimum requirements for providing “as-needed” Low Voltage Electrical Installation and Maintenance Repair Services to the City of Corona. The Contractor is required to meet all specifications listed herein, as minimum, and is required to submit a firm fixed cost for all commodities/services. The Contractor shall fully and timely provide all deliverables described herein in strict accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and mobilization to complete the services for the City of Corona. Non emergency scheduled work hours are 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday excluding City observed holidays. Any approved emergency work requests will be scheduled accordingly by the City’s representative.

Scope of Services The City of Corona, Utilities Department is seeking a qualified firm to perform Sanitary Sewer Infiltration and Inflow (I&I) Study for the upcoming rain season at various locations throughout the City, to be determined. The City has 435 miles of gravity flow sanitary sewer line, 22 miles of sanitary sewer force mains, 2,280 manholes, and 17 lift stations that the Utility Department is responsible for maintenance and repairs.

Scope of Services THIS IS A FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT. This project’s scope of work includes the removal of the existing playground and installation of a new City furnished, ADA space-themed playground equipment, replacing the current wood mulch with a combination of engineered wood fiber and pour-in-place rubber. Finally, improve a part of the sidewalk to comply with ADA regulations, replace the benches with new ones, and provide sufficient space for ADA wheelchair parking. Scope of Services The City of Corona is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the following scope of work: Base bid: The scope of work for the first tenant improvement at the Fire Department will consist of removing an existing wall and adding two new walls, resulting in a total area of 494 square feet. Additionally, the project includes installing one window in an existing wall and another in the newly constructed wall, along with low cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring throughout the space. Alternate bid: The scope of work for the second tenant improvement involves the modification of existing office space and create two new restrooms in this existing office by adding one wall to the space and an additional door to the hallway. The new restroom will total 168 square feet, with each room containing a shower, toilet, and vanity. Installation must support the ability of City personnel to access all meter reading data at any time to perform daily operations, provide customer support, and monitor system performance. Scope of Services The Fire Station 2 Rebuild Project proposes to rebuild Fire Station 2 at its current location at 225 E. Harrison Street. The project will include the construction of temporary housing, relocation of existing fire station personnel, demolition of the existing Fire Station No. 2, and construction of a new approximately 15,600 square-foot fire station and separate 7,800 square-foot apparatus/storage facility. Temporary housing on site is also required for station personnel. The site is approximately 1.62 acres and is relatively flat. The site development includes site preparation and demolition of existing structures, underground utilities, landscape, hardscape, onsite and on-grade driveways, surface parking lot, emergency generator, security fencing, and gates. The project is currently in the construction document phase. The architect for the project is PBK Architects, Inc. This project may be partially funded with Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Construction is anticipated to be 24 months commencing in April 2025 with completion of the entire scope of work by April 2027.

Scope of Services The City of Corona is seeking a qualified consultant with experience assisting municipal electric utilities in preparing and presenting a comprehensive electric capacity impact study. The electric industry has changed dramatically in recent years with more emphasis being placed on solar and renewable energy technologies. In order to prepare for the impacts to CUD’s distribution system, CUD seeks to conduct a capacity study with a focus on the impacts of residential, commercial and industrial photovoltaic (PV) solar installations, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and battery backup. This study will allow the Corona Utilities Department (CUD) to plan for necessary infrastructure upgrades and policy revisions to ensure the continued reliability of CUD’s distribution system.
