Scope of Services The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified companies to provide as needed plumbing services in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein.

Scope of Services The Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing as-needed land surveying services for the planning, design, and construction of capital improvement projects. Central San plans to use the selected consultant(s) for various projects from 2024-2027

SCOPE OF WORK: Includes site mobilization, initial site cleanup, site preparation, removal of asbestos-containing material and toxic waste, encapsulation, enclosure and disposal of asbestos- containing materials and toxic waste by hand or with equipment or machinery; scaffolding, fabrication of temporary wooden barriers and assembly of decontamination stations.

SCOPE OF WORK Local Offices & Contractor Requirements Contractor shall maintain a Branch Office within a 15-mile radius of the 1601 14h Street, Santa Monica, CA 90404, with an Administrative Representative who can be reached during normal working hours and is authorized to discuss matters with the City. Preference will be given to Contractors who have a local operation base (containing line staff and equipment) within a fivemile radius of 1601 14h Street, Santa Monica, CA 90404

SCOPE OF WORK Includes the installation testing, service and maintenance, of the following systems which utilize the transmission and/or transference of voice, sound, vision and digital for commercial, education, security and entertainment purposes for the following: TV monitoring and surveillance, background-foreground music, intercom and telephone interconnect, inventory control systems, microwave transmission, multi-media, multiplex, nurse call system, radio page, school intercom and sound, burglar alarms, and low voltage master clock systems.

SCOPE OF WORK Scope of work includes but is not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work. Installation of natural grass turf at five (5) sites and running track modifications at one (1) site within the Escondido Union School District. The installation of sod may be done in phases as determined by the field usage requirements by the District, the Private Schools, and the Community. Irrigation modifications, turf removal, disposal, grading, leveling, and material importing will be required as part of the project.

The Contractor shall perform within the time stipulated the contract as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, materials, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete in a workmanlike manner all of the work required in connection with the following titled project: BID NUMBER FB #22/23-006 Districtwide Painting Project, Area 3 Elementary Schools, STEAM, AVO, and RAN

DESCRIPTION The work described in this section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for stormwater pollution control, including good housekeeping practices, containment of waste, control of the construction site perimeter, vehicle and equipment management, management of concrete and mortar products, management of asphalt and bituminous products, stockpiles, paint, solvents, solutions, dust control, and the preparation of the Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP), as specified in these Special Provisions, as required by the federal NPDES for Stormwater Pollution Control Program, and as directed by the Engineer.

Description: The work of this project consists generally of: without limitation, the manufacture, delivery, and installation of a 36’ by 40’ modular restroom and concessions building by a company that has a Division of the State Architect (DSA) Pre-Check (PC) approval for a structure of this size. The project includes coordination with, and obtaining approval from, DSA. Contract Documents fully describe the Work. Substantial Completion of the work shall be achieved by November 1, 2025. Final Completion of the work shall be achieved by December 1, 2025. Contractor is advised that Contract is tentatively scheduled to commence on July 22, 2024.
