PROJECT GOALS (WRF) GSE Construction (DB) and Cal Poly (University) shall engage with the DA/DB Earthwork Subcontractor in a robust goal-setting process at the beginning of the Project. This early work is critical, as all decisions throughout the DB process will be made based on whether they further the realization of project goals: Create a cost-effective budget-neutral design which produces effluent in accordance with regulatory agency permit requirements, while incorporating elements of resiliency and redundancy for this mission-critical facility. Produce an integrated, energy efficient, sustainable design which minimizes operational and maintenance costs over the life of the facility. Life cycle costshall be an important component of design decisions. Create harmonious design elements which fit into the existing context of the campus’-built environment. Construct the Project with an eye toward minimizing impacts to the environment and the campus community, including concerns of odor control.

Describe the Respondent’s overall approach to delivering the project as defined in Section 3 Scope of Work. Include a description of any standard practices, procedures, and templates that would be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend other activities not included in the scope of work that would provide additional value or potential cost savings. RECONFIGURATION OF EXISTING FIRST-FLOOR OPEN AND CLOSED OFFICES, INCLUDING ANCILLARY ROOMS, TO ESTABLISH A LARGE AND FLEXIBLE BOARDROOM FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS/GATHERINGS WITH AUDIO/VISUAL, FLOOR POWER RECEPTACLES, LIGHTING, HVAC, AND OPERABLE PARTITION UPGRADES. A NEW RECEPTIONIST STATION ON THE FIRST FLOOR IN THE MAIN LOBBY, RECONFIGURATION OF EXISTING 2ND FLOOR OPEN AND CLOSED OFFICES TO ESTABLISH A NEW SUPERINTENDENT OFFICES SUITE

Scope of Services A detailed scope of work will be negotiated with the selected firm and is expected to include the following Review of existing available information. • Solar system sizing. Provide a helioscope or similar design review to produce solar layouts for each facility accounting for obstacles, required set-backs, code and design standards. Following this exercise, work with UCB on criteria to rank the feasibility/priority of the sites based on criteria such as larger systems size and generation, commercial interest from 3rd party PPA providers, site conditions (i.e. required electrical upgrades; new roofing requirements), etc. Sites of lower priority will be removed from further consideration in the following tasks, with the exception of the costing exercise where some may be included.

This project includes Westbrook Sports Complex Intersection Improvement Project

The Work consists of Pipeline rehabilitation construction of the Barton Road Water Treatment Plant East Applied Pipeline Project, including the dual flexible coupling assembly, canopy and supports as shown on the contract drawings.

SCOPE OF WORK A general summary of the types of services and assistance that is needed is as follows: Project management for evaluation, programming, design and construction of capital improvement projects. Provide oversight of consultant requests for proposals and/or construction services including the advertising and bid processes for projects; evaluation of proposals and recommendation for award; negotiation and administration of contracts for construction projects.

SCOPE OF WORK Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Crescent City Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance in accordance the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement.

SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Northern Division office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement.
