Request for on-call Contractors FY 2023-2024

The City of Fullerton Public Works Department is interested in retaining an on-call list of
contractors for as-needed construction repair and/or improvements to City facilities. The
list will be used to fulfil the applicable requirements of Public Contract Code Sections
22000-22045, and also provide Contractors the opportunity to bid on City
repair/maintenance/improvements projects that have a contract value of no more than
$200,000.

TCC Park at MLK Magnet Core

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; the construction and development of a ten-acre park and a public street. The new ten-acre park will be located in the center of a planned mixed-use development adjacent to the new West Fresno Satellite Campus (CCI Project #18), on the west side of MLK Jr. Boulevard Between Church and Jensen Avenues. The park design consists of the installation of drought tolerant planting, perimeter bioswales, 100 trees, walking paths, reclaimed water irrigation, a modular restroom, a themed playground, utilities, infrastructure, site furnishing, and LED park lighting.

Seal Beach Pump Station Replacement

The Project is located at Seal Beach Pump Station, 13979 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach, CA 90740 between Seal Beach Blvd. and Westminster Ave. This Project will replace the existing Seal Beach Pump Station on the existing site and demolish the old pump station when the new one is complete. The new pump station will have a deeper wet well; include vapor-phase and liquid-phase odor control systems; and a permanent standby generator. The pump station will feed two new recently constructed force mains.
