Annual Notice to Contractors of Opportunity to Be Included
On Fullerton Joint Union High School District’s
List(S) of Contractors Interested in Informal
Repairs, Maintenance and Construction Contracts Being Bid for Work by District

This project includes Program Management and Construction Management Services .

The City of Fullerton Public Works Department is interested in retaining an on-call list of
contractors for as-needed construction repair and/or improvements to City facilities. The
list will be used to fulfil the applicable requirements of Public Contract Code Sections
22000-22045, and also provide Contractors the opportunity to bid on City
repair/maintenance/improvements projects that have a contract value of no more than
$200,000.

For more than four decades, Santa Monica residents and voters have supported the preservation and production of affordable housing as a core local value. As market pressures have affected the affordability of housing in Santa Monica, the community has continued to support the urgency and need for more affordable housing. Creating more affordable housing is a key strategy for maintaining economic diversity and affordability in Santa Monica.

In accordance with California’s Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, the City of Oxnard is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their companies’ information for inclusion on our City’s list of qualified bidders for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; the construction and development of a ten-acre park and a public street. The new ten-acre park will be located in the center of a planned mixed-use development adjacent to the new West Fresno Satellite Campus (CCI Project #18), on the west side of MLK Jr. Boulevard Between Church and Jensen Avenues. The park design consists of the installation of drought tolerant planting, perimeter bioswales, 100 trees, walking paths, reclaimed water irrigation, a modular restroom, a themed playground, utilities, infrastructure, site furnishing, and LED park lighting.

Contractor, for and in consideration of the payment to be made to Contractor as hereinafter provided, shall furnish all plant, labor, technical and professional services, supervision, materials and equipment, other than such materials and equipment as may be specified to be furnished by MTS, and perform all operations necessary to complete the Work in strict conformance with the Contract Documents (defined below) for the following public work of improvement

The Project is located at Seal Beach Pump Station, 13979 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach, CA 90740 between Seal Beach Blvd. and Westminster Ave. This Project will replace the existing Seal Beach Pump Station on the existing site and demolish the old pump station when the new one is complete. The new pump station will have a deeper wet well; include vapor-phase and liquid-phase odor control systems; and a permanent standby generator. The pump station will feed two new recently constructed force mains.

The contractor shall provide, install and complete as specified and pay for all labor, materials and equipment, tools, supplies, construction equipment and machinery, construction, start-up and testing, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services (including any temporary materials, equipment, supplies, and facilities) necessary for the proper execution and completion of the complete, operational, and fully functional Project, including the permanent interconnection for electricity, natural gas, water supply, and any other utilities and demonstration of fully satisfactory operation of all systems and equipment. The County will pay connection fees directly to the utilities for all permanent water and electrical connections.

SCOPE OF WORK These specifications and applicable plans pertain to and include all earthwork associated with the site rough grading, including, but not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for site clearing and grubbing, stripping, preparation of foundation materials for receiving fill, excavation, processing, placement and compaction of fill and backfill materials to the lines and grades shown on the project grading plans and disposal of excess materials.
